Before the first call, every client completes a single-page exercise. Not a form. Not a questionnaire. A structured space where they write what they've never said out loud — the version of the problem they've been protecting other people from hearing.

Typeset on heavyweight card stock. The constraints of the page are intentional. There is no room for the version that sounds reasonable.

The practice

The coaching isn't advice. It isn't accountability. It isn't a system for becoming more productive at the wrong thing.

It's a room where the thing you've been circling for two years becomes speakable. And once it's speakable, it's workable.

The work takes as long as it takes. Most clients stay six months to a year. Some stay longer. None of them come because they're broken. They come because they're ready.
